Our teenage son has participated in group strength and conditioning classes at Body Rejuvenation, and has had a PT consult with Dr. McClain to prepare for returning to sport after shoulder surgery. We've been extremely happy with his experience, and our son truly enjoys the strength training program. We as parents love that these are skills he can take beyond his sport, and into the future.
