Body Rebuild Studio is a great place for whole body fitness. Since joining in September 2014 I've lost 50 pound and I am stronger than ever. All without loud music banging in my ears and without any injuries like I got from another very popular workout model. I'm 57 and I look and feel great.
I've been attending classes for over three years now. The trainers are knowledgeable and truly care about your health and fitness. I have recommended the classes to many of my friends and would encourage you to give it a try.
