Body Positive Fitness is a great gym experience. The trainers are genuinely motivational and supportive and the classes are fun and well structured. The overall culture is welcoming and inclusive. The people are friendly, encouraging, and create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are. It’s a place that focuses on strength, confidence, and community not judgment. Highly recommend.

Joining Body Positive Fitness was one of the best decisions I made this year. It has supported me so much in working toward my personal goals. Attending Body Positive Fitness regularly has been positively life-changing.
