Joining Body Positive Fitness was one of the best decisions I made this year. It has supported me so much in working toward my personal goals. Attending Body Positive Fitness regularly has been positively life-changing. A huge thank you to Daniela, Kizzy, Megan and all the trainers for their skills, support and coaching in how to get and stay strong. A truly welcoming, encouraging community.
