Apparently they give bad service and squeeze money out of their customers after harassing them. Not a good place to be.
Got a couples massage via groupon. I made an appointment 3 days prior but they did not seem busy when arriving on a Thursday afternoon. The staff was very polite and courteous. We both got the hot stone massage. The massage was excellent and very thorough. I would highly recommend this place and will visit again. Remember to bring a cash tip for the masseuse and there was a $4/each tax charged upon exit.
First and foremost, why is tax CASH ONLY and not included in the purchase price. The groupon said champagne and chocolate and got neither of those. The massage itself only lasted 35-40 min even tho it was SUPPOSED to be an HOUR massage and the massage itself was very below par, even tho i shelled out an extra $25 for a deep tissue. The front desk lady was nice but i suspect to get me to shell out that extra $25. This was my very first pro massage ever and it sucked. The end.
I can't begin to describe how peaceful this Spa is. The moment that we walked in we were instantly relaxed. The staff is exquisite and the music is divine. Not to mention the ladies and their accents are a plus. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I would highly recommend coming here.
Came here for the first time with a Groupon deal. The staff, including Suzanna, was very accommodating! My second time here today and will keep coming after my deal expires.
I will recommend this spa 100% but it must be Maya who makes me feel like a model, she is simply the best!!! Best beside manners. Attention to details. Perfect work ethics.
