I had a really great experience at Body N Balance with Sheena. I was dealing with a stubborn shoulder issue that took some time to work through, but she stuck with me the whole way and really helped get it back to a usable, pain-free place. She’s kind, patient, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense, which I really appreciated. Body and Balance is a great place! Staff are lovely and helpful! I was blessed to be placed with Sydney Baumgarten as my physiotherapist. She is very patient, helpful and a lovely person.
First time visiting. Professional right from the moment I walked in. Large space and multiple private rooms. Bright and organized. Excellent therapist treated me. Looking forward to continuing my future treatments here.
