My experience with Connor was excellent. He listened and diagnosed the problem right away and made sure I was doing what needed to be done until everything returned to normal. I would highly recommend Connor and Body 'n Balance to anyone.
Love Body 'n Balance, everyone is very friendly with fantastic senses of humour. Joel is an amazing physiotherapist who helped me deal with some chronic back pain - and then I partially tore my bicep. His hard work, advice and exercises brought a much quicker recovery than expected - and has left me better prepped for the next time something goes wrong!
I saw Joel a few years ago for pain in my knee, after therapy he gave me exercises which I still do. Now I am back for sciatic issues. I trust Joel to help me through this too. He is caring and explains what and why he is doing each treatment. Allan
