If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Working with the women at Body Motion was a pleasure. Everyone is so knowledgable, kind, and most importantly, Effective! The flexibility of their practice allowed me to come in twice a week and make so much progress that the reason I came to see them is not an issue anymore. I am so grateful I found this place.

Body Motion PT is amazing. There is zero judgement, tons of great information, and the whole staff is top tier. I have learned so much about my body and how to better care for it with their help. I’ve gotten relief from painful periods, my c-section scar feels better overall, and I don’t pee my pants when I play with my kids! 10/10 absolutely recommend

I can’t say enough great things about Body Motion Physical Therapy! As a 50-year-old woman who started pelvic floor therapy three years ago, I’ve experienced incredible results thanks to their expert care. The entire staff is warm, professional, and truly dedicated to their patients’ well-being. I’ve been seeing Dr. Katrina once a month, and she has been a game-changer for me. Going through perimenopause, I’ve noticed that many of my friends struggle with far more symptoms than I do—and I credit this to the targeted exercise... read more

Having painful cycles for years. Seemed to be getting worse as I got older. Heard about shockwave helping with scar tissue I got some here and there so I decided to try it. An after just the first session my cycle was WAY less painful. Feels like it help loosen up all the tightness in my muscles. It's not painful to do the session itself but it's uncomfortable feeling but left no marks or irritation on skin . Will do again and highly recommend. Great informative staff and really clean comfortable office .

I went to Body Motion in preparation for my first birth, and I'm currently going as I prepare to give birth again. My biggest hurdle is the cost, as they're out of network for insurance and seem to charge much more than the billable rate insurance companies reimburse for. But this kind of care is so unique, I eventually came around to doing it again for this pregnancy, and I'm so glad I have. They help stretch and condition the pelvic floor muscles to be healthy and ready to push a baby through. And they work with you on the... read more
