Let me be clear about what happened. On two separate occasions within the past year, I was left without my prescribed narcotic medication, and both times I was told I would receive a call back that never occurred. This resulted in unnecessary pain and a disruption in my care. I’m addressing this now because it’s a repeated failure in communication and responsibility.
