I started working out with Ann at Bodymind Chiropractic a few months ago. It takes a while to learn the TRX system's capabilities, but it didn't take any time for my body to start feeling and seeing results. I love that the TRX workout builds up in complexity so that I have actionable goals to work toward every week. Dr. Salmi is Amazing! I cannot recommend her enough! She is super knowledgeable, and so very kind, and very skilled in her profession as well. Definitely a huge ray of sunshine! Went above and beyond to support me with all of my troubles! Will definitely go back if I ever have more troubles.
