I have gone to Don at Body Mechanics Sports Massage for years and he has helped me in countless ways! I carry heavy gear for my job and he works out all the aches and pains and makes me feel young again which allows me to continue to conquer the world! LOL. Highly recommend. I have given his name to many friends and associates and they all adore him and swear by him as well. I go in once a month now for maintenance and it is the best money I spend on myself.
This being my first appt with Brian for a hamstring issue he spent about 30 minutes or so evaluating my body mechanics. When he was done with his eval. he started his work to fix some issues he found. He was very good about explaining what was going on and why. Before I left he gave me some exercises to perform every day at home. I feel confident my hamstring problem is going to disappear and I’ll be back running well soon.
Don Myers is an exceptional massage therapist who is skilled in “reading” the body and knowing just how to address issues. I’ve been going to Don since 1998 and he is my favorite therapist!
