Incredibly effective physical therapy! I recommend Adam Lindsay's PT treatment without reservation - and that doesn't come easily from me. Its been over a year since I've been here and I guess I'm glad I don't have to go back. I went in with terrible back pain but haven't had an issue since. Adam was great and I'll come back for sure if I ever need PT.
