Great team at BMF, super supportive, the programs are super easy to follow and track through the app. The testing equipment is really cool, being able to see where i started, where i am now and the progress inbetween defenitly keeps motivation high. Originally i came to manage pain from a knee & shoulder injury. Although pain is dramatically reduced im also feeling a lot more confident when it comes to strength and stability. I would 100% recommend to anyone!
Have been working with Jaryd and Stacey for about 2 years at BMF and have always felt supported. The gym has everything that I need and there is always a trainer around if I need assistance or a demonstration of an exercise. I finally have been able to run my first 5km and looking forward to achieving more goals at BMF
Joined the Monday circuit & Wednesday core strength classes while here on holidays. Jaryd and Stacie both very supportive & professional. Highly recommend.
Last year I tore my left meniscus, saw Jaryd straight away and now am back to snowboarding and running better then I ever was! Weekly sessions has helped my strength, cardio and balance all while creating a safe and comfortable environment for my development. Was too nervous to try the ‘gym bros’ work out but now deadlifting 100kg!! 💪
Jaryd and the team at Body Mechanics and Function are great. They really know there stuff. They try different approaches to the same exercises to keep things interesting, they also really explain what is going on and how things could change if you put the effort in. We really enjoy coming back each session. Thanks team. 😊
