I have been with BMF for three months now and have been doing one-on-one sessions with Jayrd to achieve my strength and resistance goals. His patience, teaching style, and willingness to listen make the sessions incredibly supportive. I also join Wednesdays a Core and Flow class, Mondays an Osteoporosis class with Stacie and more recently their Open Gym sessions. Last year I tore my left meniscus, saw Jaryd straight away and now am back to snowboarding and running better then I ever was! Weekly sessions has helped my strength, cardio and balance all while creating a safe and comfortable environment for my development. Was too nervous to try the ‘gym bros’ work out but now deadlifting 100kg!! 💪

Body Mechanics and Function are professionals, best exercise physiologist on the Sunshine Coast! They actually care about helping you achieve your goals and the results are worth way more than you pay for. The only allied health to follow through and exceed my expectations in a long time.
Jaryd and the team at Body Mechanics and Function are great. They really know there stuff. They try different approaches to the same exercises to keep things interesting, they also really explain what is going on and how things could change if you put the effort in.
