This facility employs stalkers who work outside of their credentials Body Max's personal trainer, Jayme Bales, is a stalker. She uses her Facebook as her personal platform to attempt to give nutrition advice without having proper credentials. She is a also notorious harasser. The owner is ignorant and clueless. There are several reputable gyms in Indiana. This is NOT one of them.
Awesome huge gym! I went in last week to find out about memberships. The staff was really nice to me and the sales girl not pushy at all. I don't know what happen with the other reviewers! Maybe they are from another gym trying to cut out their competition? The place is much bigger then I thought, and so far, I have never had to wait to get on the cardio machines. What a JOKE I called in 4 times to see what the membership rates were. The first time a guy named Jay hung up on me, second time someone else hung up on me. Third time I called it was a fax machine all the sudden, and the forth time I spoke to a young lady named Robin, and she was supposed to transfer me to a sales person... and someone picked up and hung up on me AGAIN! unable to sign me up for a membership I went to your facility 3 times this week and was unable to sign up for a new membership. The second time I went was on Saturday and the lady said she would not be able to sign me up and to come back on Sunday from 10-12pm. I then went back on Sunday at 12:15 and the man working said he did not have time to sign me up and I would have to come back. I asked him if I could just fill out the paperwork and he said if I waited a half hour, he might be able to get to me. This is just ridiculou... read more
