คนไทยในเมลเบิร์น!!! ถ้าใครกำลังมองหายิมดีๆ ที่มี Personal Trainer เก่งๆ ที่เข้าใจเรื่องการฝึกกล้ามเนื้อและการเทรนระดับแชมป์ มาที่นี่เลยจ้าาา มี Weight Trainer และ Bodybuilding Trainer ที่ช่วยฝึกเพื่อเพิ่มกล้ามเนื้อหรือปรับรูปร่างได้ดีมาก สอนเทคนิคต่างๆที่เรานึกไม่ถึง หรือปรับการออกกำลังกายให้เข้ากับเรา ยิมนี้เหมาะกับ beginners ไปจน professionals เลย ดูแลกันเหมือนครอบครัวจริงๆ

就在家附近很方便，如果有搭子最好可以一起。这的老板和会员都很友善，也都很有趣！自从搬到这附近来了这家健身房，训练也不枯燥了，腰酸背疼也都练好了。给我蹲下站起来头晕都治好了。老板让我写中文，中国人看到了就放心来吧，更重要的是每天下午来早一点，没有抢器械的问题！

This is the Best gym I’ve been to. The space is clean, equipment has a retro vibe, but it is very very well designed. BTW I love the retro vibe it was not a negative. The place is properly cooled. I have been to over 40 gyms, and there is something really uplifting about this one. I reckon it should be a tourist designation. The prices are the most competitive I have seen in Melbourne, and I tried a few gyms that had less equipment and space - just flashy modern vibes. This is the place to be. Let me attach a video. Everything you need in a gym is HERE at Body Matrix. Coach Rohan, Coach Pam and team are very welcoming and more than happy to help in any respect. The facilities are great with both free weights and the latest machines. The community here is great too. Everything you need to be the best version of you (whether beginner or expert or anywhere in between) is right here at Body Matrix.
