I workout for a living and have gotten massages regularly during my adult life. Paul is hands down (pun intendeded) my favorite body worker I have ever worked with. He is intuitive, kind, caring, and finds the source of my tension even when its far from where I sense it. Paul tailored the experience to me and his holistic approach immediately helped with long term pain in my shoulders and neck.
