If you are getting a therapeutic massage anywhere else but Body Maintenance, your doing it wrong! Ms. Frieda is extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and can spot where you need attention just by laying her hands on you. I wouldn't be able to function at this level if it weren't for her awesome techniques!
Messages here are top quality! She can address just areas that need attention or your whole body! A+
