Such a beautiful, elevated space. The atmosphere alone makes you feel relaxed the second you walk in. The staff was professional and welcoming, and everything felt really thoughtful and well done. Definitely a place I’d come back to.
I’d give 0 start if that was possible. Ridiculous communication. The receptionist was so persistent in making me pay the deposit without even confirming whether the aesthetician would be there or not. 50 minutes she went back and forth with me just to get the deposit when I said I’m only 10 minutes away from the location, and I’d feel more comfortable if I came and checked the place myself but she refused to do so and said to wait for another hour. I came in for a lymphatic facial a few days ago, and after reflecting on the experience, I feel this place deserves zero stars. From the start, the consultation felt rushed and uncomfortable. When I tried to explain my skin concerns, they were brushed off, and the overall tone felt aggressive rather than welcoming or professional. I searched for so many places for food Lympharic massage after getting a tummy tuck and lipo. Valentina took her time to get to know me when I first came through her doors and really listened to what I needed. The therapist are all so attentive and I always leave feeling so much lighter.
