I laughed at the irony of the tip jar for "good customer service," Katie worked in such an unprofessional manner that I wanted to jump behind the counter to help myself out. While waiting for her to get off her cell phone with a friend, I was waiting to purchase some body jewelry. She finally asked "Do you know what you want?" Having questions, I replied that I would wait till she was done with the phone call. She got off the phone with a sigh saying she'd call back "in like ten minuuuutes."
