I had an amazing experience with Sara! She was able to tell where I carry pain in my back on sight (my posture isn't great, but nothing insane - she just really knows her stuff). Perfect pressure, checked in with me just the right amount to make sure things were going okay. I would definitely recommend a visit with her.

Seen Brad yesterday for a 30 minute massage. I feel bad I didn’t give him an hour to work on all the issues in my back. I will next time for sure. He was so kind and worked hard on the knots. I’m a little sore today from it but even through that it feels so much more relaxed. I can’t remember the last time I slept so good and spent the day without the tenseness in my neck and shoulders. I can’t thank Brad enough!
