Seen Brad yesterday for a 30 minute massage. I feel bad I didn’t give him an hour to work on all the issues in my back. I will next time for sure. He was so kind and worked hard on the knots. I’m a little sore today from it but even through that it feels so much more relaxed. I can’t remember the last time I slept so good and spent the day without the tenseness in my neck and shoulders.
