My septum piercing was not pierced straight. The piercer only used her finger and a needle, without using a receiving tube or other tool to help ensure proper placement. She then proceeded to tell me that the piercing was supposed to be like this.
They put a belly button piercing on way too tight, tried several times on my own for the last 3 months, went back to get help taking it off and they wanted to charge me $10 for it.

They helped me find the right size length for my earring. I recently got a helix and the bar was to short it was squeezing my ear they found a perfect bar length to fit and I’m very satisfied. The prices are a bit high but for life long jewelry it’s great.
