I came and bought a septum clicker that cost me almost 20 dollars. Within less than a month, the clicker was turning my septum green and the "silver" was wearing off. I experienced an allergic reaction to it as well. I have not yet taken the item in to try to get my refund, so i can't speak on what their return policy or customer service in these sorts of situations is like. I will update my review at that time. Great people not the best product got plugs from them and they literally broke about a week later
My girlfriend bought me a Bico pewter necklace here. She was told it was solid pewter. Eight months later the necklace is showing abnormal wear and it is definitely not solid pewter. It appears to be a thin coat of pewter over brass or something. This necklace has only been on my neck and has not been subject to chemicals or abuse in any way. The store employees and manager saw this necklace and agreed that it is defective, and still refuse to exchange it for a new one without a receipt. It was a gift! How many people get a ... read more
