Our technician, Rebecca, was professional, calm, and friendly while she walked my daughter through the entire process. A+ recommendation. -Fairfield Commons location.
Super great experience there today. Went for a simple ring for my daith piercing but who can say no to a unique piece made by the artist? There was an older woman there before me and Dan, the piercer, was so considerate and serving to her needs, even making sure she got in the taxi ok. I was very impressed. Probably not the cheapest place but I think it was worth it.
My daughter got her nose and daith pierced at the Fairfield Commons location. Rebecca was absolutely amazing with her. I can not give her enough praise. I will be referring everyone I know to her!!
Billy pierced my little girl’s (6yo) ears yesterday. He was amazing! He talked her through everything and made her feel safe. She cried after the first one and he gave her a minute and told her how brave she was and what a great job she did. He really helped her get through the whole process, being very attentive and sensitive to what she needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The shop was super clean and every sterile precaution was taken. Loved the professionalism! Thank you so much!!!
Got my first cartilage piercing here, my daith. I was super nervous because a lot of people said it hurt especially considering my small ears. I went to the location in Westerville near Polaris. Very very clean. Good people that made the experience not as nerve recking. Sonja was my piercer and since she is so experienced she pulled it right through no tugging or pulling at all. It hurt but not nearly as bad as people put it out to be. Good experience. Definitely a 10/10 recommend.
Alexis was super professional and super sweet! My daughter just got her ears pierced for the first time.. Great experience!
