I had a vertical industrial done and 5 days after the bar was growing into my ear due to the fact that the peirce r did it too close to my head and they did not put a long enough bar to handle the swelling so now I have a nasty sore in my ear which was not due to any way that I was taking care of it. It was due to the lack of knowledge on this piercing and I am very unhappy about it. I was offered nothing due to this and I will never go back nor will I recommend them to anyone. I've gotten venom and Christina piercings today and nipples a few months back at Eastland mall and I love of them! I always got Miranda as my piercer (who I love) her personality makes everything better and comfy. They now offer the choice of colored jewel now too; the only down side is I think they go a little big on the size when first getting a piercing. Which I do know you need a big size because of swollen but they go way too big. But all in all I love the staff at Eastland! <3

Vicki at the Tri-County location is amazing! I got my nose pierced and was really worried because I have such a low pain tolerance but she did such a good job that I didn't feel much of anything!
Get all my piercings here. Have gotten 6 so far; all cartilage . Getting another cartilage, tragus, triple front helix and industrial soon. All done by billy. If your getting a piercing, come here.
I've had two piercings done at the Eastland Mall location. Labret and Industrial. Neither hurt, neither bled, they didn't even swell up. Professional, knowledgeable, super friendly staff. Amazing experience. I'll definitely only trust them with my future piercings and recommend them to others.
