I attended the intentional body butter class and let's just say it superseded all of my expectations.This experience empowered self awareness, deeper bonds with friends and was a safe space to connect with ones self through sensory activities. Jam made this an experience that will never be forgotten. I look forward to visiting the studio again.

My friends and I planned a girls day at the Body Jam Essentials in Dallas. The ambiance and vibe are outstanding. Jamila is an excellent teacher. The body butter is easy to make and makes my skin feel great. I highly recommend this experience as a way to rejuvenate, relax, recharge and give yourself the opportunity to create a wonderful product.
