I purchased the Silver Package as this is the first time I've done most of these tests and I was really interested in the VO2 max, which is included in this specific package. The entire process took about 1.5 hours and Martin was really great leading me through each step. The location is right by the Eglington TTC station, so really convenient if you can get to the subway easily. This place is top notch and Matthew our tech was great! Me and a buddy came here on a Saturday morning for a V02max test and it felt like we got our own great private experience. Matthew gave us a thorough explanation and breakdown of all the results after we were done and even rooted us both on to push hard throughout the test itself. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

I attended Body Insight recently for metabolism testing and could not have been happier with the experience. Martin was extremely professional and knowledgable and was so helpful in answering all of my questions. I learned a lot about my body composition and the insights it provided will be so helpful in better dialling in my nutrition.
