RecommendedGreat studio right off the freeway in Aptos with plenty of parking. I love the natural light from the skylights. Sonia is an amazing instructor for Yoga Buti which is my class at this studio. She is extremely inspirational and leads you through an amazing cardio warrior goddess yoga class. I’ve never been to a class like it. Amazing. Thank you for providing such a lovely space with such gifted instructors. 🙏💖💫

Great studio! I really enjoyed Saturday's mat class
I decided to take a class during a Girl's weekend trip and signed up for Extended Barre. The studio was clean, comfortable and organized; class was fun and challenging. I loved how the instructor incorporated hand weights, a ball, the strap, sliders and stretch band. Nice overall workout!
I did my BUTI Yoga training here and absolutely loved the space! It is clean, cozy, organized and the equipment and tools are so well maintained. The people are friendly and Dominique is an inspiration.
Well trained and knowledgeable staff, challenging workout. I love it, highly recommend any class.
