I have been going to see Dr Ziska at Body in Harmony for the last 13 years. Most of my life, I had a stabbing pain behind my left shoulder blade on and off and had seen a handful of other Chiropractors who I really liked, but the shoulder pain didn’t really ever go away. Before I found Body In Harmony, I would often get back pain, neck pain, and severe headaches. After doing research and learning more about NUCCA practice I decided to give it a go. It was probably the best thing I could have done to help prevent my headaches and help mange my back and neck pain! Absolutely amaze how I felt after 1 session. Marcy is so through in her assessment and has a keen eye for this as well as rembering. Beautiful bedside manner, and her office help is super friendly. She has my highest recommendations.
Dr Ziska has been my chiropractor for years now. The first time I saw her I was skeptical that the technique would work BUT the next day driving home, I thought to myself, "When was the last time I felt this good?!" I honestly can recommend Dr Ziska with no hesitation. She is one of the few Drs I know who puts her whole heart into her treatment. Her integrity is unparalleled.
