I love Body in Balance Chiropractic. I started seeing them 5 years ago, and they've helped me get back on track with positive health habits to better my future health goals. I'm so grateful for Dr. Hudson and always being so helpful. She really cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to help you with the care you need. That's also great at educating patients on chiropractic care and diet.

I was told by a doctor I was going to need shoulder surgery who sent me to an orthopedic. The orthopedic told me I had frozen shoulder. They gave me Cortisone injections. Jessica adjust me ribs once and I was able to move my shoulder And go without pain. I could not believe I lived with “frozen shoulder” pain for 2 years and I only needed my ribs adjusted.
Love the team, they provide a really great environment! Helped me actually understand what was going on and we saw lots of progress in under a month!
