When reflecting on my experiences with the staff at this specific location, from late 2024 up until currently, there is only one word that I could use to accurately describe them. Exemplary. The therapists at this location are wonderful Jeannine Pirelli was my primary therapist. She is very caring and she explains in detail what was going on with my knee and the best course of action, plus she gives GREAT MASSAGES. I love their new facilities on Nesconset Highway.
I highly recommend this physical therapy office to anyone looking for exceptional care and a welcoming environment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and professional team. The entire staff works together seamlessly, creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere that makes recovery feel much easier. I want to share a special thank you to Jeanine for working with me throughout my therapy journey. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging every step of the way.
Excellent OT service. Kim, the therapist, was very accommodating and supportive throughout my sessions. I felt noticeably stronger. I would highly recommend Metro Physical and Aquatic Therapy and more specifically Kim!
A big thank you to everyone at Metro PT in Setauket on Tech. Drive. The PT provided to me by Dr. Perrelli and Dr. Bieber was outstanding! Their approach and the PT utilized to rehabilitate my knee replacement was excellent, caring and effective. When I started the PT I had to use a cane to walk, after a number of visits I was functional. I would definitely recommend both if you need PT for a knee replacement, they are great!
