Great neighborhood gym. None of the fluff all about the workout. Staff is friendly and the people are all about their workouts. A little small but if you are there to work out this is the spot.
This place is great! The atmosphere is spot on. The staff and members are good. Also, if you're into powerlifting, this is the place to be!
Its a really nice place if your looking for a consevstive and friendly place to workout... Everyone from the staff to the members make you feel welcome.. I really recommend this place
