Body Gears is the most professional place in Chicago for physical therapy. Almost the entire session is one on one with a highly trained therapist who really takes an interest in your situation. Assistants strep in at the end of the sessions to facilitate practice exercises. You go home and continue to exercise. The results are phenomenal.
Everyone was kind a knowledgeable. So glad I made the decision to come here! I have the resources I need to finish the work on my own, but it was made clear to me that the Body Gears team will always be here if I find myself struggling again.
I've been to many physical therapists with different methods over the years to address my chronic hip pain but found Elizabeth at Body Gears particularly insightful, effective, and helpful after my hip replacement surgery this past year. She is seasoned, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in her approach to diagnosing and developing a solution for your particular set of issues, without jumping to conclusions or finding a quick fix.
