I was thrilled to be connected with Nick at Body Gears in my quest to develop better posture. My internist suggested this practice, knowing they have expertise in this (possibly under-requested) area of strengthening the muscles that lead to better carriage. Nick was knowledgeable and personable and gave me tools to continue to use for proper deportment going forward. I am greatly appreciative.
Their prenatal PT is amazing! Every week I leave my sessions with Andrea feeling so much better, and would be in pain everywhere without her!
Body Gears is like a boutique physical therapy office. It's small, so you get very good personal service and excellent PT. They were very helpful for my shoulder issues.
Andrea and Nick are both extremely knowledgeable and terrific PTs. And there are no associates so you don’t get handed off after 10 m. Highly recommend.
