Great PT. Great attention. Cured! Another year, another issue. The PTs are extremely knowledgeable and give you their time. You never feel like box they need to check. The atmosphere is friendly and the therapy is amazing.
Therapist was great. Billing dept is awful. I had 6 appointments, paid for them out of pocket and got a slight discount on every 3rd appt. For months now, I have been receiving bills for the amount that was discounted. I've received several emails and several paper bills in the mail for the amount. I've called in numerous times and been told it is resolved, but I keep getting bills. The amount of time I've wasted trying to stop these bills is ridiculous.
I had an amazing experience with prenatal physical therapy, and I cannot recommend it enough! I worked with Andrea weekly, and she was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to understand my body and tailored each session to help me feel strong, supported, and confident as I approach the birth of my baby boy. I saw Andrea for PFT and had a great experience! She worked within my fitness level and had easy modifications, when needed. She also has great taste in music and her playlists created a nice vibe in the gym. Highly recommend her to any ladies seeking this kind of PT!
Suffered for a long time with a frozen shoulder until Andrea helped me. She’s fantastic. Hopefully I never have one again but if I do I know where to go!
