Mark is highly skilled, personable, and knowledgable. He is a standout massage therapist after seeing 5+ LMTs through the years in different parts of the country. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to improve function and/or pain.
I've had 2 sessions with Mark and what a difference! I have felt tense and my muscles always feel like I'm in a knot. I've had significant relief. Highly recommend!
Deep tissue massage is body Work, not particularly relaxing. I realized this almost immediately, because Mark got right to work on the very sensitive joints that needed the most work. It was what I needed, but it wasn't super comfy. We had to work together to ease the tension in my most pained places. 9/10. Will do again.
Mark is an expert at his craft. After one massage I am experiencing the greatest relief of symptoms from a 5-year chronic foot injury.
Great deep tissue massage! As a fitness professional and competitive athlete, I get a lot of body work done. This was my first time on Mark’s table, by recommendation, and I was not disappointed. Deep tissue is an acquired taste, to be sure. You really have to relax and let the therapist get into the muscle.
