The staff was friendly and flexible. The gym environment was clean, bright, updated. The room temperature was nice and cool. There was lots of encouragement and motivation from the trainers. I enjoyed my workout there!

Horrible business and experience. Don’t pay over $200 so other people can see your private medical information on a large screen. Can’t cancel and continuously get late fees for the cancellation that is not accepted. Save your dignity and your money. Don’t go here! Would put negative stars if possible.
BFT was exactly what I was looking for and so glad to be a member! I was intimated with a typical gym setting but BFT eliminated all of these feelings, it is truly a community. Classes are fun and the BFT crew is extremely supportive. Love everyone here!
