Do not become a member here. Management has changed since the beginning of 2025 and things went south after the former manager left. I left the gym since November because I had found a personal trainer who worked with my time. At BFT they only had a certain schedule and sometimes work could not allow me to workout at this gym. I recently left BFT Arlington for BFT Murphy due to management problems, cancelations of classes last minute, and the lack of accountability for managers and ownership. I’m aware things happen but when you pay $200 a month and you can’t work out that’s not okay and should be reimbursed to peoples account. Or even better find a way to make up for it. If I can leave no stars I would I don’t know what changes are happening at this place but terrible customer service especially for their founding members. I have called multiple times and followed the procedure to cancel my membership but have received no confirmation on the cancellation. Called multiple times the month of December and no return call backs on what is occurring for my membership. You pay monthly yet they can cancel classes at anytime this is ridicioulous . I would absolutely give this place zero stars if I could. Not only is it expensive but the times that the classes are offered do not work for people with unpredictable schedules like myself. They said they would add more classes as they ramped up, but never did. Then there was a turnover in management because the ownership group would not fix things that could cause harm to the patrons and it has been a complete nightmare to try to get a refund for my previous billing cycle because no one will answer your calls, texts or ema... read more
