I’ve been a part of multiple gyms and group fitness studios over the years, and BFT has been the BEST one, no doubt. The programming is the most intentional I’ve ever seen- it’s progressive (not random), well thought-out by experts, and there are metrics to track your progress throughout your fitness journey. This place sucks, do not recommend.

EDIT: BFT got into contact with me without seeing my review and identified the root issue and have seemingly resolved the issue! They handled it the best they could so I have updated my review to a 4! Average gym. But we stopped going over 1.5 years ago and every few months they randomly charge us! We get an email confirming payment, money id deducted from my account and I have to call and have them reverse. This is the third time and each they say it won’t happen again. Straight taking money from my account
