BFT uses science and technology-based training techniques to drive individual health goals in an inclusive, coach-led group environment. By combining cardio with resistance programs, members benefit from training a different energy system and different muscle types every day to diversify movement patterns that aim to reduce fat and create lean muscle.

Harper is hands down my favorite coach at BFT! I love her coaching style — she’s focused, encouraging, and somehow always knows exactly how to get through to me (even when I’m being difficult 😅). She pushes me in all the right ways and never lets me settle. I always leave her sessions feeling stronger, more motivated, and proud of what I accomplished. Harper is a total gem and a huge part of why I love training here.

If you want to live longer and healthier, this is the best community to motivate your fitness journey and keep you inspired. Harper is super friendly and Jade is the most knowledgeable when it comes to exercises, the rest of the team are great too so you can’t miss with these folks. The space is also awesome and really inclusive, been the best decision I’ve made in 2025 joining here.

I've been coming to BFT for over 2 months now. I was looking for a community and classes that were a well-rounded balance between strength and cardio. BFT definitely delivered on all of that! It's a really well-lit gym, lots of equipment in great condition, and space to play. Shout-out goes to Jamie for being such a patient instructor who has helped me gain more confidence as I'm getting back into a consistent workout routine!
