I had a great time here, they have a nice variety of classes and the instructors- Nathan, Quinton, Jenna and Marissa- were all very friendly
Tried BFT Canary District for the first time and had such a great experience. Coaches Nathan and Alex were incredibly supportive and checked in on me throughout the workout, and even my partners were encouraging. The energy here is amazing. Highly recommend! Would definitely come back 🩷🩵
I was a member at BFT for about 7 months. I loved the staff and classes were amazing. I participated in the 8 week challenge program that they had running. The challenge ended just before Christmas, I told the gym 2 months in advance that I wanted to cancel my membership for the winter until April, when it would be nicer out as I’m not that close of a walk to the gym. BFT Canary District is one of those spots where you walk in and go yeah these guys know what they're doing. Hard to fake that energy.
