Recd a gift certificate as a gift from my husband. Scheduled 3 different appts, they called at the last minute and cancelled all 3 for one reason or another. They refused to refund the \$160 to my husband for the gift cert. He felt bad I told him I would try a few more times to be seen. I had my eyebrows waxed, no oil used. Hair permed, she used no cotton strips at first, burned my ear and forehead, used no kind of conditioner on my hair, half my hair was straight and half was permed. Body Elements is extremely high and the quality of the tan is equal to most other tanning salons in town. The price (including a start-up fee of like \$50) is ridiculous.
