I havent gone yet, however the lady on the phone is VERY rude and acts like I am a bother to her. She is very unprofessional and does not want to answer any of my questions. I would like to know in detail what I am getting prior to paying 200$.
The staff are all very professional and courteous. Cathy is amazing and makes me feel very relaxed. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
