I can’t say enough wonderful things about Body Dynamic Physical Therapy + Pilates + Wellness. Karen and her team are exceptional. From the beginning, they made me feel cared for, supported, and encouraged. They helped ease my pain and got me moving and exercising again after being very sedentary. This review is long overdue. I began working with Karen several months after my ACL reconstruction, at a point when I continued to experience persistent pain, stiffness, and limited range of motion despite prior physical therapy. I have said for years that Karen Woodbeck has magical xray like fingers and hands. I have seen her for multiple issues over many years. She always pinpoints the issue and dials in on how to alleviate the problem. I tripped recently and wrenched my hip. I was limping badly and was in pain. I turned to techniques Karen had taught me years ago and almost immediately was able to walk with no limp. I just can't say enough good things about Karen. I highly recommend her!
