The level of anger and disappointment I have towards this company at this point is unparalleled. After the closest location closing around me, with NO notice, and zero intentions of the company to acquire another central FL location, I now have to go 3 hours out of my way just to DRIVE to a location. It has taken **8 weeks** to get through to anyone and even then, the responses are dry and unhelpful. All locations in Orlando are closed. If you call to make an appointment it’s going to call their call center. Only locations available are in Tampa or South Florida

My mom and I have been getting treatments here for about a year. One by one, they closed down all of the Orlando locations with NO previous warning. My mom and I are now expected to drive over three hours away for our 10 minute sessions. They refuse to give any clients refunds despite the THOUSANDS of dollars that were paid for these “lifetime” services.
