They recently closed the store closest to me without any type of notice and now they are wanting me to drive over an hour to get the services that I paid for in advance and refusing to give me another alternative. They won’t answer my emails and they don’t have any other means of communication other than an email address to escalate the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone due to their poor business management and unresponsiveness.

I've been a customer of Body Details for over 10 years. Their lifetime warranty is fantastic and well worth it. While I've experienced burns and reactions to laser treatments in the past, by recovered nicely. I've noticed they’ve been closing some locations recently, and I hope they continue to stay in business.

**EDIT** apparently when you pay in full, they will not honor new appointments. I'm so disappointed in the results - especially for the amount of money spent. Run, don't walk away from this company. Clean office, great staff, and good results! Natalie is kind and truly cares. The location is convenient and parking is super easy.
