I am SHOCKED that this place closed down without telling anyone! I was in the middle of treatments fully paid off to find out they closed the Orlando locations and are trying to tell people to drive to Miami if they want to schedule. Unbelievable and a massive scam to all. I am not even sure what to do from here. Zero stars and horrible management for doing this to all Orlando patients. No refunds, nothing.
I am writing to express my concern about the recent changes to your company's operational structure and policies. I was informed that the company's services were once available locally, with assured warrantied support. However, I've learned that all business operations in our metropolitan area have been discontinued. They closed down all the orlando locations without any warning and now out THOUSANDS of dollars. Will be pursuing action.
Melanie was amazing. She was patient with me the whole time. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
