10/28/2024: Hiring a lawyer. Will post information here to join class action lawsuit/dispute. 09/20/2024: Tatoo not removed and Body Details is refusing care and telling me to go to Florida. I have contacted them and the are not responding. I paid $2000 for tatoo removal and now I can’t receive what I paid for. Location closed down with no communication. After calling, I received a text saying I can visit any location... IN FLORIDA. Do not use this company they will scam you. I assume they will not give anyone their money back so perhaps class action lawsuit incoming Body Details

Updated Review - 10/20/24: I’ve been a customer at the Kennesaw Body Details location for about a year, undergoing laser tattoo removal for which I prepaid $900. To my shock and without any prior communication, the location suddenly closed. Instead of offering a proper resolution, the only suggestion provided was to continue services at their Florida locations. I initially liked this place, it was close to home, the process was quick and the staff were great. I received an email and text that the location had closed and my appointment was cancelled. I have paid for a service and am not receiving what was outlined in the contract. This is unacceptable. Any loans should be cancelled and any payments should be refunded. Unfortunately, I had to delete my good reviews for the service Monica provided me because the location simply closed down and is not offering customers any assistance. I have a pre-paid plan, reviewed the terms of my contract, and yet I cannot find a single person to talk to about how to proceed.
