The place closed without any prior notice, they charge money every month for a service that I am not receiving, they do not answer the phone to give any explanation
How is it possible that all locations are permanently closed and NO ONE received any type of notification? My last appointment was on January on a Saturday at the Pembroke Pines location. To my surprise, closed!! I sent emails, I called, no response. I found out through the reviews that I was not the only one. SHAME on this company for stealing our money!
