The place closed without any prior notice, they charge money every month for a service that I am not receiving, they do not answer the phone to give any explanation
How is it possible that all locations are permanently closed and NO ONE received any type of notification? My last appointment was on January on a Saturday at the Pembroke Pines location. To my surprise, closed!! I sent emails, I called, no response. I found out through the reviews that I was not the only one. SHAME on this company for stealing our money!
It seems that every time I have an appointment the day of, even after getting a text message to confirm, Body Details cancels my appointment. I still arrived to the Pembroke Pines location to see if I can get service and the location was closed at 4pm on a Saturday! I don’t know if Body Details is going bankrupt because this is now the third time that this has happened to me, but this is unacceptable.
