I got an appointment, filled out all my info and credit card on the fresh app. Got to the place the day and time of my appointment and nobody was there. Immediately called and left a voice message. After a month, I’m still waiting for them to call me back. Now my Groupon voucher is expired (got it as a bday gift).
I was very underwhelmed by my scalp treatment. My appointment was supposed to be at 11:15 and was supposed to be with one of the ladies but I had the other lady instead. She took me 20 minutes late and it was supposed to be an hour and 15 minutes and was about an hour. Melissa barely even touched my head with her hands. She used a machine that did not do anything except hurt the back of my head and just kept combing my hair the entire time. Karen and Melissa were awesome. Took my mom for a head spa for Valentine’s Day and we both thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Both staff members were extremely nice and thorough. I felt so relaxed after our service.
