I've been going to Body Conversions for personal training for three months and I'm definitely sticking with it. I really like the trainers - I work with Scot. He's a lot like Bob Greene from the Biggest Loser - nice, but pushes you and won't let you quit! The facility is nice - the only downside is that I live on the other side of town :)
