Horrible customer service. Had my parts for two months and a 60% deposit for nothing to be done after two months. The agreed upon time frame was 2 weeks. 2 weeks turned into 2 months. Which turned into me picking up my parts so I can take them somewhere else to actually get done. They took 1 month to paint the hood and trunk and the paint job is a 1/10. Horrible. I was 100% satisfied with the work done on my car. I brought it to the shop last minute and was surprised at how well the job was done in such a short space of time and at an affordable price too! I would recommend Body Chemistry to anyone looking for a good body shop.
The quality of the work was bad, when received my car. One week and a half, could still see cracks in the paint, I was charged $1800, complained to the person who did the job which told me to bring it back. He fix one of my reflective lights for free and told me he also had the car detailed, when picked up had my bf drive the car by this point the person had already left, when got home and looked at my car there was still cracks and bumps all over my car, it was just a waste of time to have brought it back and the car was di... read more
