My sessions start on time and the staff is courteous and professional. Ashley and her staff are to be commended for the work they do. The exercises seem simple, but they really work! My knees are so much better.

Body Central was recommended to me by my primary care physician. I noticed my posture suffering from age and the effects of working on a pottery wheel for hours a day. After only a few sessions and doing the easy exercises at home that they taught me, I feel better, my posture is improving and I can feel improved flexibility. I highly recommend Body Central for physical therapy needs.
The staff are welcoming, music enviting & the exercises were simple & easy to do! The staff even asked me how I felt when my session was over. I look forward to my next visit!
