I was very impressed with the two physical therapist that worked with me for Pelvic floor strengthening. Unfortunately, I was assigned to an assistant for therapy after the physical therapist had another client. After I told this young lady about Two torn rotator cuffs and a broken wrist. She handed me an object which turned out to be a 10 pound weight. It pulled my left hand down and severed the tendon and my thumb is now immobile. They didn’t ask me to fill out an injury report. I am so disappointed with this facility. They billed after 2 months for more money although I had paid my copay of $50 each time, be very cautious and ask if every little thing is going to cost you more. Even though I had prior auth from my insurance they claim that they can bill me for other things without my knowledge or approval. That is just not right. It seems like insurance fraud to me.

Staff were fine Physical Therapists. Tried different modalities until found what helped with my ongoing back issues. HOWEVER, I have to give them a one star because of their horrible billing system. I had to beg for an invoice after 2 months of PT appointments. Then it was so confusing, I had to have a rep from their outside company help me unravel what I owed and what I have left to pay. Their invoices never matched up to my EOB's. It's now been two months since my last appointment and I'm still dealing with the bills... read more
