Shelly is also knowledgeable in the category of fitness and her way of training/sculpting is tons of fun! Shelly will work you to your abilities and sometimes just a little more. (Most times) 🤣 This is not a hang out, but you get a lot of support from the group. Bring your A game if your serious about getting fit and in shape.
I cannot say enough great things about Shelly. I went to Body by Shelly Fit Kamp in hopes of finding something different than my exercise routine I had been doing for years, that was no longer working, and I must say Shelly delivered!! Where do I begin, I have Worked out for the majority of my life and body by Shelly has been the far most killer workout I’ve had. She truly cares about your well being, doing things correctly and strongly encouraging in every way! I 100 times recommend body by Shelly to anyone!
